Charles Dubois is a Professor of Chemical Engineering at Ecole Polytechnique of Montreal, Québec, Canada. He has obtained his engineering degree from Universite de Sherbrooke, completed a Master degree from the same university and finally got his Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from the Universite Laval (Qc). He joined the Center for Applied Research on Polymers, CRASP, in July 2002 following a career as a scientist at the Canadian Department of National Defence where he got himself known for his research on solid rocket propellant and solid fuels based on energetic materials. He participated to several international projects in that field. Since his arrival to CREPEC, professor Dubois research interests are focused on processing of thermoset polymers, compatibilization of ultrafine powders and substrates and also on the synthesis of specialty polymers.
