Biography
Mathilde has joined the CTA in 2022 as a master’s student and, subsequently, as a project manager in the composites and advanced materials team. She obtained her master’s degree in aerospace engineering from the University of Sherbrooke in 2022 and her French engineering degree in 2023. She earned her engineering degree in aeronautics and space from IPSA, the Polytechnic Institute of Advanced Sciences. Mathilde leads R&D projects in various fields, including the development of composite manufacturing processes, 3D modeling, materials characterization, finite element analysis, drone design, large-format robot-assisted 3D printing, and DIC analysis. Before continuing her academic studies in Canada, Mathilde completed internships in aeronautical manufacturing plants in France at Safran Aircraft Engines and Dassault Aviation.
